Transactions / Signatures / Approvals
Using a token transfer as an example:

- You will be taken to a transaction details / signature preview page. Review the information and click “Confirm”.

- After you touch the fingerprint sensor on imKey Pass S6 and the verification is successful, the operation will actually be executed and recorded on-chain.
You can think of it this way:
Every time a DApp needs to “make sure it’s really you performing this operation”, it will ask you to do another fingerprint verification with imKey Pass S6.
5. Security Best Practices
1) Use only on trusted devices
- Prefer using imKey Pass S6 on your own, trusted computers.
- If unavoidable, disconnect and remove the device after use.
2) Confirm official links
- Access Web3 wallets via imToken / imKey official websites, official documentation, or in-DApp official entry points.
- Avoid clicking unknown short links or “airdrop / bonus / reward” links, and beware of phishing sites.
3) Protect your device and PIN
- Never share your PIN.
- Do not lend your imKey Pass S6 to anyone.
- It is recommended to prepare an additional backup imKey Pass S6 and bind both the primary and backup keys to important accounts to reduce single-point failure risk.
- Use the primary device for daily operations and store the backup device separately in a safe place, not together with the primary one.
- Anyone who has both your device and PIN may be able to operate your Web3 accounts.
4) If Your Device Is Lost
Take immediate action:
- Log in to the related Web3 wallet / service as soon as possible and transfer your assets.
- Remove or replace the passkey on services such as Google, CEX platforms, etc.
- Follow each service’s “reset security key / device management” process to complete subsequent security actions.
