If you are in the process of binding the imKey hardware wallet, if you exclude the situation that the device cannot be found during the Bluetooth pairing, the imKey still cannot be connected normally, and the above screenshot interface does not appear in the Bluetooth pairing link (that is, when the "Bluetooth Pairing" Code”, the corresponding mobile phone’s APP terminal “does not pop up the Bluetooth pairing code input box”), this may be because your mobile phone is Android 9 and above. What do I need to do to connect?
- When imKey displays the pairing code,
- Need to look at the drop-down menu of the phone (the top of the phone, slide down),
- See if there is a prompt to enter the pairing code in the drop-down menu. If there is a "click" to enter the Bluetooth pairing code, it is fine, as shown in the red box in the following figure.
