return policy
If you are not satisfied with the imKey you purchased, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the imKey product, the imKey team confirms that the imKey product is in good condition (including but not limited to the imKey product has not been activated or tried) and there is no product performance failure caused by human causes. Or if the appearance is damaged, you can choose to replace the imKey product of the same model or return it. If you confirm the return, you must return a valid proof of purchase to guarantee the complete return of imKey products and accessories (including imKey devices, USB charging cables, product manuals, etc.). Any gifts must be returned together.
Return invoice
If you apply for and receive an invoice, you must return it together with the merchandise. If your invoice contains non-returned goods, please contact the imKey team after returning the invoice and complete the return and refund. You can reissue the non-returned goods invoice.

How to exchange
- If you have a problem during use, please send an email to support@imkey.im, we will reply in time and help solve it;
- During the warranty period, if the product quality problems caused by non-human reasons are confirmed by the imKey team, we will prepare a brand new product of the same model for you for free to replace.
- If you need to "exchange", you need to provide the following information in the email, including but not limited to:
- Transaction ID number
- Product SN code
- Quality problem description
- Photos or videos related to quality issues
We will make a preliminary judgment within three working days after receiving the email. If it is necessary to contact you by phone to understand the specific use of the product, if it is determined that you agree to "replacement", please be sure to reset the device and return it to the imKey team. After the inspection, we confirm the quality problems caused by non-human reasons, and we will send out a brand new product of the same model within 5 working days.

In case of replacement due to quality problems, the imKey team will bear the corresponding express delivery costs.
